Singapore Airlines Ranks Second Highest Among Asian Companies on List of Most Admired Companies in the World
Singapore’s aviation industry continues its ascent, with Changi Airport securing the coveted title of Best Airport in the World once again. Furthermore, Singapore Airlines (SIA) received recognition in Fortune magazine’s esteemed list of the world’s most admired companies, climbing two spots to secure the 29th position, up from last year’s 31st ranking.
As the sole representative from Singapore within the top 50 and the second-highest ranked Asian firm, Singapore Airlines (SIA) held the second position within the airline sector. Fortune’s rankings, comprising input from 3,720 executives, directors, and securities analysts worldwide across diverse sectors, showcased Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) commendable performance across various categories. These included Innovation, product/service quality, personnel management, leadership quality, financial stability, and long-term investment potential.

This positive development follows SIA’s announcement of a record half-year profit in November 2023, with net profits surging to S$1.44 billion (US$1.06 billion).
